Collaborative Coach Development Programmes Designed for the Modern Game

IDA and One10Sport have partnered to deliver a structured international coach education pathway designed to develop coaches from grassroots level through to UEFA recognised qualifications.

The unique collaboration between IDA Sheffield, One10Sport and Scottish Football Association provides aspiring coaches and players with a clearly structured and professionally delivered pathway to achieve UEFA Level 1, UEFA Level 2 and UEFA Level 1 Goalkeeping qualifications within an intensive three month period.

The programmes combine a blend of online learning and practical coaching sessions, allowing candidates to develop both theoretical knowledge and applied coaching experience within a flexible and professional environment. The final elements ot the UEFA Level 2 practical assessments are delivered on the grass in Scotland, providing candidates with an authentic high performance coaching experience within a recognised football environment.
