Why this event?

Specifically:

  • Genuine football pathways.

We have access to leading European organisations. Our first hand access enables us to put you in front of decision makers - not recommendations to decision makers. Quarteirense Futebol SAD provide unrivalled opportunity and European football pathways aligned with our extensive industry network. Whether it be Portugal, the UK, Netherlands, Spain or further afield we provide a wealth of football contacts.

  • Independent Talent Identification.

This is not a trial for one club. We work across a wide network of UK and European organisations. Our role is to guide and advise, not to judge or dismiss. Feedback is tailored to your individual ability, strengths, and potential, both athletically and academically.

  • European benchmarking

Our European benchmarking process measures players against recognised performance standards across leading football nations. Using live observation, performance data, and professional insight, we assess technical, tactical, physical, and psychological attributes to provide a clear picture of where a player sits within the European landscape — and what is required to progress.

  • Education-linked progression

We align football progression with appropriate education pathways, supporting players into schools, colleges, academies, and international programmes that match both ability and ambition. The aim is sustainable development — on the pitch and beyond it.

  • UK immersion experiences

Our UK immersion experiences place players directly into the English football environment, combining high-level training, competitive fixtures, and cultural exposure to provide a realistic understanding of life, football, and education in the UK.

  • Honest decision-making

We tell you where you stand. No hype, no false hope. Just honest advice that protects the player, respects the family, and supports the right next step. Just ask our current crop of players!!! >>

Whats on offer?

This July, the world of football comes to Vilamoura.
The IDA Talent ID Event is an exclusive 3-day showcase for driven young players ready to take the next step in their football journey. Delivered by professional UK, Dutch and Portugeuse coaches from the football world.

This is your chance to train, learn, and be identified for progression opportunities both domestically and internationally.

This isn’t just another camp. It’s a genuine pathway to higher levels of the game and education.

Why is this one different?

This camp is not a branding exercise or a one-stop experience designed to look good on a certificate.

This camp is designed for players seeking substance, not just an experience. Rather than delivering a generic programme tied to a single brand, we focus on individual assessment, European benchmarking, and honest guidance. Each player is viewed in context — technically, physically, psychologically, and academically — with clear feedback on where they stand and what progression realistically looks like.

The difference is what players leave with. Beyond high-level training, they gain clarity, direction, and informed next steps supported by a broad UK and European network. The emphasis is on long-term development, education-aligned progression, and transparent decision-making — ensuring time, effort, and investment translate into lasting value, not just a memorable week.

Pathways Beyond the Camp

Perform well, and doors can open.
IDA’s network provides players with access to football and education pathways across:

  • The UK — including full-time football programmes linked to academic study
  • The USA — through partnerships with universities, clubs, and academies
  • Europe — via IDA’s growing global network of professional opportunities

Many IDA players have gone on to play at academy, university, and professional levels. The next success story could be you.

What to Expect...

Across the action-packed days, players will experience:

  • High-intensity training sessions focusing on game intelligence, technical mastery, and positional awareness
  • Performance analysis and feedback from professional coaches
  • Matchplay and talent ID assessments - gameplay model
  • Pathway seminars — learn how to take your football further through IDA’s global network

Every player leaves with a personal evaluation and clear direction on how to continue their football journey.
